Peninsula Power is delighted to announce a new partnership with AK & Gas and Plumbing. The new partnership means 60 kids across 4 teams will get new warm up jerseys to use before matches. This last weekend saw those teams run out with the shirts on for the first time and they certainly looked ready to do the business on the field.

AK Gas and Plumbing is a local, Brisbane-based company with a huge heart. Not only do they provide quality, affordable plumbing and gas fitting services, but are committed to giving back to the community that supports their business. Cameron Anderson, Director at AK Gas & Plumbing said, "that is the reason why we support as many charities, sporting teams and other small businesses as we can. We are also proud sponsors of the West Brisbane Panthers, and the Mater Foundation and Build the Future Foundation. AK Gas and Plumbing is dedicated to providing support and encouragement both financially and practically, and look after the customers who are a part of our growing family of local community members."

These types of sponsorship partnerships are vital to clubs like ours to help keep playing fees as low as possible while our costs continue to rise. Please join us in welcoming Cameron and his team from AK Gas & Plumbing to the Power family and support their local business.

Peninsula Power is proud to announce that we have been granted a SAP licence for 2018.

What is SAP?

The SAP Program is part of the Football Federation Australia's Ecosystem. It's objective is to provide a quality training and games environment for players that want more than just participation.

Due to the geographical size of QLD, it is impossible to provide a full-time league across the state for Junior players. Therefore, the structure of competition will be based on a South-East QLD games model, with part-time country clubs being given an opportunity to attend SAP carnivals when possible.

Peninsula Power has number of SAP qualified coaches who will conduct the training and we are now accepting registrations to trial.

For further information on trial dates, locations and registration details please follow this link
